  • Experience deep, healing rest
  • Movement in nature and on the yoga mat
  • Connect with like-minded people
  • Find “real-life” tools that resonate with you
  • Leave feeling uplifted, refreshed, & ready for forward movement

*All planned content occurs between 4pm Friday, Nov 1 & 11am Sunday, Nov 3, with the option to stay for a “bonus” night of relaxation and fun Sunday!

RECLAIM Your Mind

Have you been distracted? Pulled in 1000 directions? Allowing someone or something to disturb your peace and clarity? Practice gently guiding the mind back to what’s most important through meditation, breath work, time in nature, and more.

“Ultimately, we have just one moral duty: to reclaim large areas of peace in ourselves, more and more peace, and to reflect it toward others. And the more peace there is in us, the more peace there will also be in our troubled world.” – Etty Hillesum

RECLAIM Your Body

Has your body been neglected, ignored, overworked? Have you been overly critical and controlling of this body you are in? Reclaim your sacred container through loving touch, intuitive movement, playful practices, and more.

RECLAIM Your Voice

Has your voice been stifled at times? Silenced? Overpowered? Have you struggled to effectively express your wants, needs, desires? Let’s make some noise through journal & writing prompts, intuitive art, music and other take-home practices of expression!

RECLAIM Your Spirit

When’s the last time you PLAYED?! Play literally changes the brain to improve mood, reduce stress, and improve relationships. Reclaim your sweet & playful spirit. Be supported and encouraged on this journey by a community of like-minded individuals.

Treat Your Sweet Self

Facial Reflexology, Thai Bodywork, & Massage will all be available for signup 1 month prior to the retreat.

Meet the Teachers

Nicholl Holas completed the 200 hour YogaWorks yoga teacher training program at Pressed in 2018 and Reiki Master certification at Azitala in 2023. She brings a grounded energy to all of her offerings and creates a feeling of safety for the mind & freedom for the body. Nicholl is incredibly excited to share her heart for yoga at this retreat!

Amber Perry completed 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and 300 hour training in 2019, both at Azitala. She has since trained in Thai Yoga Bodywork, Reiki, Facial Reflexology, & Energy Medicine Yoga. Amber’s goal in her offerings is to help everyone feel safe and cared for. She loves helping people connect with yoga & wellness tools that will be useful in “real life.” Amber can’t wait to connect with everyone in November!

  • What if I’m new to yoga? This is a retreat for all levels of yoga ability & experience! Some of the attendees go to a yoga class once a year (at retreat!), others are yoga “devotees.” Come as you are.
  • What happens if I have to cancel? In the event of guest cancellation, a full refund will be issued, up to 31 days prior to event. 0-30 days prior to event, no refund will be issued unless your spot is filled.
  • Can you accommodate my allergies? Yes, please share any allergies or dietary needs in your registration form below and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • What should I bring? You’ll receive a detailed packing list one month prior to the retreat, but just know nothing special is required! Bring a yoga mat, comfortable shoes & yoga-ready clothing, along with anything you personally need to have a lovely weekend getaway.
  • How and when do I sign up for the extras (massage, etc)? One month prior to the retreat I send out Google docs so you can choose your appointment times prior to the weekend. All you have to do is show up & let us do the rest!
  • Is there alcohol? We do not serve alcohol at the retreat. You are, of course, free to bring along any snacks and beverages you’d like to enjoy over the weekend. We do encourage you to consider enjoying the weekend without alcohol so you may leave the weekend feeling your best, most rested self.
