faq’s

  • What if I’m new to yoga? This is a retreat for all levels of yoga ability & experience! Some of the attendees go to a yoga class once a year (at retreat!), others are yoga “devotees.” Come as you are.
  • What happens if I have to cancel? In the event of guest cancellation, a full refund will be issued, up to 31 days prior to event. 0-30 days prior to event, no refund will be issued unless your spot is filled.
  • Can you accommodate my allergies? Yes, please share any allergies or dietary needs in your registration form below and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • What should I bring? You’ll receive a detailed packing list one month prior to the retreat, but just know nothing special is required! Bring a yoga mat, comfortable shoes & yoga-ready clothing, along with anything you personally need to have a lovely weekend getaway.
  • How and when do I sign up for the extras (massage, etc)? One month prior to the retreat I send out Google docs so you can choose your appointment times prior to the weekend. All you have to do is show up & let us do the rest!
  • Is there alcohol? We do not serve alcohol at the retreat. You are, of course, free to bring along any snacks and beverages you’d like to enjoy over the weekend. We do encourage you to consider enjoying the weekend without alcohol so you may leave the weekend feeling your best, most rested self.
  • Who’s coming? This retreat is open to all adults.

Priceless! Simply remarkable. I came in with the hope of continuing on a healing journey, and I found love, acceptance, patience, kindness, and a community of wonderful and beautiful souls. More than I could have wished for!
