This immersive experience invites you to connect deeply with your inner self, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose. As we gather in this sacred space, we will explore various practices designed to awaken and align each chakra, allowing you to release any stagnant energy and embrace a renewed sense of vitality. Brittany Meyers has been inspiring movement and mindfulness as a yoga and group fitness instructor for over nine years. She thrives in teaching dynamic, power, and strength-based yoga classes, blending energy with intention.
For Brittany, yoga is more than just asana—it’s a way to foster connection, both within and with others. Her classes combine creative sequencing, a playful spirit, and uplifting inspiration, empowering students to deepen their practice at their own pace. Believing in the beauty of individuality, Brittany encourages her students to honor their unique rhythms, offering thoughtful modifications and advanced variations to meet every body where it is.
Trevor Blankenship shares a practice that weaves yoga philosophy with enjoyable body movement, empowering all bodies to discover the beauty and strength already within them. Through mindful movement strengthening Asana, and restorative relaxation he teach others how to listen to their body’s voice.
