Where do I start? After you fill out the form below we chat to not only see if it’s a good fit for both of us, but for me to better understand your goals for our time together.
What are some examples of goals for private sessions? To build confidence as a new teacher (or a new student), to learn to meditate on your own, to set up your personal practice that you can continue on your own, to build strength, to create balance in the mind & body, to learn about & practice Energy Medicine Yoga, and more! (If I don’t think I’m the right person to help you reach your goals, I will refer you to another teacher that may be a better fit).
What can I expect? Expect an individualized yoga session to include rituals to ground & connect, guided breath work, asana (movement) to meet your particular needs, hands-on adjustments, & optional body & energy work at the end of the session to leave you feeling balanced.
